KRA Developers was established in 2009. The company’s principal mission is to positively contribute to the different sectors within the construction industry and associated disciplines in the South African landscape.

Creating opportunities of employment, learning and self-improvement both socially and economically.

KRA Developers has been a supplier, service provider and a consulting agent to governments and corporate institutions, but not limited to the Aviation, Construction, Food and Beverage, Education and Training industries and so much more since 2009.

Management System

Performance management and reward system

KRA Developers has a performance management system whereby all employees participate in an evaluation process. Evaluation is three dimensional, in terms of KRA Developers Administrative Structure and Matrix Implementation Structure to provide opportunity of assessment of staff at levels to ensure quality and harmony.

Communication and training

Members of staff will be trained to provide best service and advance staff career. Training will be short-term and long-term; at various areas including instructions, attendance of seminars, lectures and through personal initiative support.

Management review of the quality system

Management of KRA Developers serves to ensure that the quality system complies with local and international standards and maintains pace with the new technological innovations, changing times, and environment and business practices to meet conditions set out in the vision statement.
